In the spirit of giving back this holiday season, Hupy and Abraham, S.C. are proud to donate over $10,000 to help feed families across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. Each year, the firm’s attorneys visit nonprofit organizations throughout the communities we serve to provide support to those who need it most. This year’s contributions reflect our continued commitment to fighting food insecurity and uplifting local families.
In Wisconsin, Hupy and Abraham supported several organizations across the state. In Milwaukee, the firm donated $2,500 to Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, the state’s largest hunger-relief organization, $500 to Milwaukee Math and Science Academy to support its academically focused charter school programs, $2,000 to Greater New Birth to assist with community outreach and support services, and $1,000 to Voice of the Fatherless Child, which offers mentorship and vital resources to children impacted by absent parents. Additional contributions across the state included $1,000 to Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin in Madison to help distribute meals throughout its 16 county region, $1,000 to The Food Pantry Inc. in Port Washington who gives aid for people in need of food and clothing, $500 to The Neighbor’s Place in Wausau to support its food pantry and community programs, and $1,000 to Christ the Rock Community Church in Appleton to assist its outreach and food assistance efforts.
In Illinois, the firm continued its holiday giving with a $1,000 donation to the COOL Ministries Food Pantry in Gurnee, which provides essential groceries and resources to families in Lake County. The Rockford office also donated $1,000 to the Rock River Valley Pantry, an organization dedicated to ensuring individuals and families have access to emergency food assistance all year long.
In Iowa, Hupy and Abraham’s offices collectively contributed $1,000 to the Food Bank of Iowa, which distributes millions of meals annually to families, children, and seniors experiencing food insecurity across the state.
