Thomas A. Perlberg - Personal Injury Attorney

After earning his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Law in 2001. Following law school, he served as a State Prosecutor for Kenosha County, Wisconsin, where he handled a wide range of criminal matters, from traffic offenses to homicide cases. In 2011, after completing his tenure as a prosecutor, he joined Hupy and Abraham, S.C. He's licensed to practice in Wisconsin and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

Attorney Perlberg is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and a lifetime member of ABATE of Wisconsin.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family and cheering on his favorite sports team, the Chicago Cubs. He is actively involved in his community through his work with the Wisconsin Special Olympics and the Croatian Eagles Soccer Club.

In recognition of his accomplishments, he is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor reserved for attorneys who have secured million-and multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements. Fewer than one percent of attorneys nationwide hold this distinction.
