Dear Hupy and Abraham, Thank you for your 2017 Neighborhood Revitalization donation of $15,000. With your help, Milwaukee Habitat builds and renovates houses in partnership with families in need. Together, we’ve served more than 1,000 families. We launched our Neighborhood Revitalization strategy in 2013 in Washington Park. Your partnership, along with support from thousands of donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders, has helped increase property values, reduce crime, and build a strong network of homeowners. In 2018 we will begin to build new homes and rehab existing home in the Midtown neighborhood. We plan to create 100 affordable housing opportunities in this area during the next three years. Your contribution and your belief in our mission means so much to our homeowners. Thank you again! Sincerely, Brian Sonderman Executive Director Andy Heuer Development Director

Dear Michael, Thank you so much for joining us at the YMCA Dr. King Celebration Breakfast! Thank you for your deep passion for lifting up young scholars to be the future leaders of Milwaukee, and as a Heritage Club member, you are truly one of the Y’s closest friends. The Y could not be any prouder to be a convener for community leaders, stakeholders, and caring individuals to join together on behalf of such an important cause. We hope to not only be a safe place where children, families, and seniors can gather seven days a week, but to do so with an even greater emphasis on the principles inherent in Dr. King’s message --including “all” in our shared cause-driven work. Gratefully, Carrie Wall President and CEO

"It is because of donors like you who enable the vital work of the American Heart Association to continue for generations to come."
Dear Hupy and Abraham, Thank you for your auction donation and supporting the good work of the American Heart Association at this year’s Heart & Stroke Ball. Because of your generosity, we were able to raise $493,000 to aid in the fight against cardiovascular diseases and stroke. It is because of donors like you who enable the vital work of the American Heart Association to continue for generations to come. We are grateful for your donation to our silent and/or live auction, your contribution helps us fun our life saving mission. At the ball, we celebrated the work of the American Heart Association and looked back at the past 40 years. We saw a great story about Abby and how she is using her platform as Miss Pre-Teen Wisconsin to spread awareness on heart health. We also got an update from Lindsey, an 11-year-old that had just a 5% chance to live, but is now living a healthy life with a generous heart. And we heard a story on Jeff and Neal on how important hands-only CPR and dispatcher assistance is. Because of you, we can call these folks survivors and heroes. With your help in raising $493,000, we know the next 40 years are going to produce ground breaking research and are going to be just as transformational! With heartfelt thanks, Colleen McInerny Development Coordinator
