Attorney Adrienne Sula joined Hupy and Abraham in 2025. She brings 10 years of experience as a trial lawyer and 3 years in corporate compliance law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School in 2010 and is licensed to practice in Iowa (state and federal), Nebraska, Michigan, and Wyoming.
Attorney Sula is an active member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the Iowa Creditors Bar Association, and the Polk County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Iowa Association for Justice, National Trial Lawyers, and the National Creditors Bar Association.
She is committed to serving her community and participates in a variety of volunteer and outreach activities throughout Iowa. She has supported events such as the Good Guys Car Show in Des Moines and the Iowa State Fair. She has also represented the firm at community and professional events, including the “Books and Bricks for Belize” charity auction and the Iowa Association for Justice “Justice Cup” with fellow attorney Eric Schade.
Additionally, she has attended ABATE (American Bikers Aimed Toward Education) meetings, participated in the Iowa Association for Justice Workers’ Compensation Division, volunteered at the Big Brothers Big Sisters Thanksgiving event, and assisted with ABATE’s Christmas toy drive by coordinating the delivery of donated items to local children’s organizations.
In 2020, Attorney Sula was recognized as a Lawyer of Distinction in Collection Law for her excellence and professionalism. Since joining the firm in March 2025, she has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for her clients.
