  • "Every contribution transforms the lives of children with critical illnesses.."

Dear Hupy and Abraham, You have positively impacted the life of a child through your gift to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin through Wear White for Wishes. Thank you! Every contribution transforms the lives of children with critical illnesses – children like Isabelle. “I am grateful today as I have a vast amount of memories caressed with peace from my wish trip to Colorado. The week my family and spent amidst the mountains was the most serene week of my entire life. To this day, I constantly allow myself to slip back into that sense of peace through the memories,” said wish kid Isabelle, 8 months after her wish was granted. Currently, more than 350 children like Isabelle are in the process of receiving wishes across Wisconsin, and through the generosity of donors like you, more children will experience the power of a wish. Brody wishes to go on a Royal Caribbean Cruise. Jacob wishes to go to WrestleMania while Sumera wishes to go to Hawaii. Richard, Ashlee, Chloe and many others wish to go to Walt Disney World Resort. According to a recent international wish impact study, a Make-A-Wish experience leads to increased emotional and physical health for wish children. On behalf of those wish kids, their families, volunteers. The Board Directors and Make-A-Wish Wisconsin staff, we thank YOU for your heartfelt commitment to the Make-A-Wish mission. Thank you! So appreciative of Hupy and Abraham and your support of Wish Kids! Warmest wishes, Patti Gorsky President & CEO

  • "Your firm’s donation directly contributed to the success of this important event and the continued work of the Milwaukee Justice Center."

Dear Attorney Hupy, On behalf of the Milwaukee Justice Center and the Milwaukee Bar Association Foundation, I thank you for supporting the 8th Annual Milwaukee Justice Center Run/Walk for Justice. Your firm’s donation directly contributed to the success of this important event and the continued work of the Milwaukee Justice Center. With your involvement, we achieved our goal, raising over $13,000 for the Milwaukee Justice Center’s progams offering assistance to low-income, self-represented litigants in Milwaukee County. This year, over 300 people registered for the Run/Walk for Justice and enjoyed the brief break in our recently rainy weather for a beautiful night at the Milwaukee lakefront. Hosting the largest registered crowd to date, the 2018 Run for Justice was a night of fellowship and fun in support of access to justice in our community. Thank you for being a part of our work. We could not do what we do without you! Gratefully, Mary L. Ferwerda Executive Director

Dear Friends at Hupy and Abraham, On behalf of the American Legion Auxiliary Waukesha County Council, thank you for your extremely generous donation in support of the “Walk, Run and Roll for our Veterans and their Families” event held on June 9, at Fowler Park in Oconomowoc. 73 registrants and 24 volunteers enjoyed the great weather and routes through Oconomowoc and then had refreshments, listened to the J Ryan Trio perform, applauded those runners who were awarded medals, and listened with anticipation as the raffle winners were drawn. Your contribution enabled us to donate $2300 to each of the following facilities: Dayton House in Kenosha, the Hoptel on the grounds of the Zablocki Administration Medical Center in Milwaukee, and Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin Tiny House Initiative. Nearly a century ago, our organization was founded in the spirit of Service Not Self. Our mission is to support the American Legion and to honor the sacrifice of those who serve by enhancing the lives of our service members, veterans and their families.
