"...Your support moves us closer to achieving our shared vision."
Dear Friends of JDRF: Together we are changing millions of lives for the better. Thank you for your recent gift to the JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes. Thanks to you, every day, people across the world are benefitting from research, support and advocacy funded by JDRF. You are not just delivering hope, but enabling a series of life-changing therapies that will decrease the burden of T1D until it no longer exists. Your dollars are hard at work funding research that will lead to better treatments for T1D, like glucose-responsive insulin, artificial pancreas systems and encapsulation therapy, while we continue to relentlessly pursue a world without T1D through prevention and ultimately, a cure. Motivated and supported by people like you, we will stop at nothing, absolutely nothing, until Type One becomes Type None, and your support moves us closer to achieving our shared vision. On behalf of the millions of people living with T1D, thank you today and every day. Sincerely, Derek Rapp JDRF President and Chief Executive Officer

Dear Hupy and Abraham, Thank you for your 2017 Neighborhood Revitalization donation of $15,000. With your help, Milwaukee Habitat builds and renovates houses in partnership with families in need. Together, we’ve served more than 1,000 families. We launched our Neighborhood Revitalization strategy in 2013 in Washington Park. In 2018 we will begin to build new homes and rehab existing home in the Midtown neighborhood. We plan to create 100 affordable housing opportunities in this area during the next three years. Your contribution and your belief in our mission means so much to our homeowners. Thank you again! Sincerely, Brian Sonderman Executive Director Andy Heuer Development Director

"It is because of donors like you who enable the vital work of the American Heart Association to continue for generations to come."
Dear Hupy and Abraham, Thank you for your auction donation and supporting the good work of the American Heart Association at this year’s Heart & Stroke Ball. Because of your generosity, we were able to raise $493,000 to aid in the fight against cardiovascular diseases and stroke. It is because of donors like you who enable the vital work of the American Heart Association to continue for generations to come. We are grateful for your donation to our silent and/or live auction, your contribution helps us fun our life saving mission. At the ball, we celebrated the work of the American Heart Association and looked back at the past 40 years. We saw a great story about Abby and how she is using her platform as Miss Pre-Teen Wisconsin to spread awareness on heart health. We also got an update from Lindsey, an 11-year-old that had just a 5% chance to live, but is now living a healthy life with a generous heart. And we heard a story on Jeff and Neal on how important hands-only CPR and dispatcher assistance is. Because of you, we can call these folks survivors and heroes. With your help in raising $493,000, we know the next 40 years are going to produce ground breaking research and are going to be just as transformational! With heartfelt thanks, Colleen McInerny Development Coordinator
