  • "You couldn't be a better friend to the Wisconsin Humane Society."

Dear Hupy and Abraham,  Thank you for choosing to partner with the Wisconsin Humane Society! Your second annual sponsorship installment will allow us to continue providing lifesaving care for more than 24,000 sick, injured and homeless animals each year.  Because of you, we now have three campuses across southeastern Wisconsin, and impact the lives of more than 24,000 animals annually.  Because of you, we are able to provide temporary shelter for animals living in domestic violence situations.  Because of you, we can provide 500 free spay/neuter surgeries annually to one of Milwaukee's most impoverished communities. Because of you, our growing humane education programs serve more than 8,000 children every year, planting the seeds for a more humane community in the future.  We don't receive any general government funding and we are not an affiliate of any of the national animal welfare organizations. We are dependent upon the local community to fund all of our lifesaving services. That's you. And you couldn't be a better friend to the Wisconsin Humane Society.  We pledge to you that we will work tirelessly to continue to create a legacy for animals of which you can be deeply proud.    With gratitude,  Anne Reed President & CEO

  • "We are honored to include Hupy and Abraham in the 2017 Workplace Giving Campaign."

Dear Hupy and Abraham,  On behalf of all of us at the United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF), we are honored to include Hupy and Abraham in the 2017 Workplace Giving Campaign. As UPAF celebrates its 50th Anniversary, we are sincerely grateful for your organization's help in "setting the stage" in making Greater Milwaukee a wonderful place to live, work, create and play. We are very lucky to have access to world-class local entertainment. Our theater, music and dance scene: Entertains residents and visitors alike. Drives our economy through jobs created, businesses supported, and talent attracted and retained. Educates our children and impacts their future employability and life-long success. Our robust entertainment landscape is due in large part to UPAF, the single largest donor to all 15 Member Groups. Without UPAF, many of these groups would not be able to provide the same high-level performances and educational opportunities, or in many cases even sustain themselves. UPAF receives NO government funding - all monies raised are contributed by individuals, companies, and foundations that believe in the importance of the arts in our region.  Workplace Giving is UPAF's "sweet spot" because it effectively exposes thousands of employees throughout our community to the incredible depth and breadth of performing arts available in our region. We greatly appreciate your leadership with the Hupy and Abraham campaign and your endorsement of UPAF's mission. Our thanks to all employees at Hupy and Abraham that support our community through a donation to UPAF. Sincerely,  Deanna L. Tillisch

  • "Honestly, your support could not have come at a better time. Year after year, the summer months bring with them serious challenges for a food bank."

Dear Hupy and Abraham, Thank you for choosing to support our annual Grateful Plate: An Evening to Solve Hunger gala by joining us! Your sponsorship will make possible a memorable night of raising friends and funding toward our mission of solving hunger. And honestly, your support could not have come at a better time. Year after year, the summer months bring with them serious challenges for a food bank. Kids are out of school and those breakfasts, lunches and often dinners they could previously count on during the day aren’t available again until September. When 1 in 4 children in Milwaukee are facing hunger, that makes summer a make or break time. On the other hand, donations drop during the summer months. Wisconsinites have to make the most of those sunny 80 degree days. Whether folks are going on vacations, getting ready for Summerfest and State Fair, watching a Brewer game or just cooking out in their backyard, AND without that income tax deduction deadline staring them in the face, it’s simply human nature for charitable donations to move further down the to-do list. We appreciate that you will be joining us on June 7th for a memorable night benefiting a great cause. Our mission’s success depends on partners like you and for that we are truly grateful. Thank you again for your generosity. Together we can solve hunger! Sincerely, Scott Marshall Director of Development
