On Wednesday, June 19, 2019 the MJC will hold the Ninth Annual “Run for Justice 5K.” Hupy and Abraham is a gold sponsor of this event.
The MJC provides legal representation and support to those in need of assistance regardless of their financial income. With assistance from 350 volunteers that are members of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Marquette University Law School and Milwaukee County Clerk of Courts, the MJC has been able to positively impact over 10,000 individuals annually in the Milwaukee community.
“Run for Justice” will take place at 7 p.m. at Veterans Park in Milwaukee and consists of a 5K run and one-mile walk. Hupy and Abraham, S.C. is expected to have employees participate in the event. In the last eight years, the “Run for Justice” has raised over $55,000 to help provide legal help to Milwaukee County residents facing the court system on their own.
Attorney Michael Hupy has been a longtime supporter of the MJC. He was one of the original supporters of the organization and was named one of its principal benefactors. To date, he has donated more than $150,000 to the MJC since its founding.
