Although it may seem like just yesterday that Hupy and Abraham expanded its legal presence into Illinois, it’s actually been ten years as of May 1, 2014.
After providing excellent service and results in Wisconsin for decades, Hupy and Abraham’s managing partners determined that in 2004, it was time to expand to better serve our clients in Illinois. Some have received multi-million dollar settlements.
“Given our success throughout the state of Wisconsin, we felt it was a natural expansion to open offices in the state next to us,” said Managing Partner Jason Abraham. “We thought providing great service and results would be attractive to the citizens of Illinois and we are happy to report that we have been going strong now for ten years.”
Added Attorney Abraham, “We are grateful for all the opportunities we have had in Illinois and look forward to our future there.”
Likewise, Attorney Vito Manicioto, who has settled many large cases for Illinois personal injury clients, is also pleased to have seen the firm grow.

Ten years later, Hupy and Abraham has not only obtained large settlements for satisfied Illinois clients, but also contributed to the community. The firm has donated to homeless shelters, charities that support veterans and provided relief to tornado victims in Washington, Ill.
In addition to reaching a milestone in Illinois, Hupy and Abraham recently celebrated its one year anniversary in Iowa. In just one year, the firm has tripled its staff in the Iowa offices and hired another attorney who practices in Iowa exclusively.
