Dear Hupy and Abraham,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff and residents of WINGS, I would like to thank you for your generous donation as an "Easy Rider" for the "WINGS Benefit Ride" event. Your support is helping to save lives, every day.

WINGS continues to build on its tradition of compassionate care that was started in 1985. The agency's accomplishments over the last year include remodeling our shared home in Palatine. The renamed Canning Home now provides comfort and safety for up to four homeless families at a time. To our continuum of housing and services we have also added a low-income rental unit in Hanover Park. These expanded housing options complement WINGS' ongoing services at the Safe House emergency domestic violence shelter, the Transitional Living program, and Permanent Supportive Housing. WINGS has also expanded the reach of the ALAS program, formerly known as Suburban Latina Outreach, to provide mentoring and information to Latina women affected by domestic violence.

Your donation is helping to save lives, every day. WINGS is very grateful to have you as a partner in our mission to end domestic violence and homelessness - one family at a time.

With sincere gratitude,

Terri Channer
