Happy Anniversary Hupy and Abraham cakeIn March 2013, the largest personal injury law firm in Wisconsin expanded its presence into the state of Iowa. One year later, the firm has more than tripled its staff and added another attorney.

Initially, the firm had one field investigator and two legal assistants working in the Des Moines office. Managing partner, Jason Abraham spearheaded the effort and helped lay the foundation for the successful expansion.  Shareholder Brandon Derry oversees the day-to-day operations in Iowa. To celebrate the occasion, the staff gathered at Trophy’s Sports Bar and Grill in Des Moines and shared appetizers and cake. Sixteen people associated with the firm were in attendance.

"The office has been growing fast and will continue to grow as word spreads of the great results and wonderful service our staff provides. I am very happy to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and I look forward to many more years of successful representation of our Iowa clients," said Derry.

Now, the firm has four attorneys licensed in the state. Hupy and Abraham’s Iowa staff has helped people in 60 different counties throughout the state of Iowa and in western Illinois.

Managing Partner, Jason Abraham, is proud of the impact Hupy and Abraham has made in helping hundreds of injured persons in Iowa.  Abraham said, “We are proud to expand to Iowa and bring our experience and top-notch legal services to our clients.  We are rated best and voted best year after year, which is a testament to handing clients’ cases both thoroughly and aggressively.”

After successfully expanding its legal presence to Illinois in 2004, the firm is proud to have embarked on another successful expansion in Iowa. Opening the Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, and Quad Cities offices one year ago was the first step in the plan to expand throughout the Midwest.
