On June 17, The Milwaukee Justice Center (MJC) held its 5th Annual Run for Justice 5K Walk/1 Mile Run. Hupy and Abraham, S.C. was a main sponsor of the event. In 2014, 176 runners participated in the Run/Walk and more than $11,000 was raised for MJC. In addition to the sponsorship, the Hupy and Abraham runners team took home the “Team Spirit” award for having the race’s most positive group aura.

The Milwaukee Justice Center is a collaboration between the Milwaukee Bar Association, Milwaukee County and Marquette University Law School. MJC provides legal services for the most vulnerable members of our community that cannot afford an attorney and/or do not qualify for legal aid. The center is located in the Milwaukee County Courthouse and has a mobile clinic that travels around the Milwaukee area for those without the proper means of transport to the main location.
Hupy and Abraham, S.C. has loyally supported the MJC since its inception. Recently, Attorney Michael Hupy was honored as MJC’s principle benefactor after pledging a $150,000 donation for the center’s creation.
