milwaukee journal sentinel top workplaces award

Friday, May 19, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel held its Top Workplaces award ceremony at the Brookfield Convention Center. Hupy and Abraham was honored to be a 10-time winner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplace award. Hupy and Abraham received 45th place in all of Southeastern Wisconsin in the “small business” category.

Top Workplace award winners are determined entirely by employee survey feedback. Employees undergo a confidential questionnaire run by Energage, where they answer questions about the employee experience, views on leadership, innovation, quality of benefits offered and more.  Out of 234 companies surveyed, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel recognized 160 companies and organizations in Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin as a 2023 Top Workplace.

The ceremony May 19 was the first in-person ceremony held for the Top Workplace winners since 2019. Hupy and Abraham was represented by a number of staff in attendance to celebrate this exciting win. The event included the announcement of each award winner, a breakfast followed by a presentation by keynote speaker, Matt Havens, who gave advice and humorous remarks about working amongst different generations within the workplace.

Year after year, Hupy and Abraham has been chosen by employees as a top-ranked place to work. The firm is proud to maintain its standard of excellence for both its clients and its employees and will continue to in the future.
