Hupy and Abraham volunteers at Rockerbox MotofestSummer is here and motorcycle season is in full swing. Hupy and Abraham had a BLAST at Road America’s Rockerbox Motofest this past weekend. This three-day event was packed with sights to see and things to do, including American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA) racing, live music and the 14th annual Rockerbox ride-in motorcycle show that drew entrants from all over the country!

Officially started in 2003, Rockerbox used to be held in the heart of Milwaukee’s east side at the original Fuel Café. Now set on the 640-acre sprawling grounds of Road America, one of America’s most iconic racetracks, Rockerbox Vintage Motofest has something for everyone. Highlights of the weekend included: stunt shows, go-kart racing, a microbrew tasting, a sunset tour of the four-mile road racing course (for any spectator that’d like to get out on the track!), flat track and super bike races from Superbikers2, cross-country and hare scramble races from Wisconsin Cross Country (WIXC), vintage motorcycle racing with bikes from the 1920s to the 1980s, disc golf, demo rides and live music from Gin Place Jesters and the Incorruptibles.

Vendors from all over the country were also in attendance at this varietal event. Notable names included Fuel Café, Motorcycle Classics Magazine, Retrospeed (whose owner, Brady Inglese, was also racing during the day) and, of course, Hupy and Abraham, S.C. with our Watch For Motorcycles booth and NEW black vintage V-twin “Watch for Motorcycles” T-shirts!

If you missed Rockerbox this time around, don’t worry! It’s held every June at Road America in Elkhart Lake. To stay up to date on the hottest motorcycle events this season in Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa, visit our regularly updated online event calendar.
