T-Bone Accident Results In $48,770 For Client

Our client T-boned a vehicle that carelessly pulled out in front of our client as he traveled at highway speed. Our client’s vehicle was totaled.  

The defendant’s insurance failed to pay our client fair market value for his truck. The defendant’s insurance company also made a low offer for our client’s injury claim, citing that our client’s headaches were not caused by the crash, but were pre-existing migraines.  

A lawsuit was filed. At mediation, the defendant’s insurance company agreed to pay our client fair market value for the truck and paid $48,770 for his bodily injury claim.
