A Wisconsin family was vacationing in Tennessee on a sunny summer day when they found themselves involved in a multi-vehicle accident. They were driving on a freeway when another motorist carelessly switched lanes, causing a chain reaction of collisions.
The family was taken to the emergency room after the accident and released the same day. They called Hupy and Abraham when they returned to Milwaukee.
The at-fault’s insurance company denied the claim. Without needing to file suit, Attorney Thomas Perlberg convinced the insurance company that their insured was responsible for the accident. Shortly after, the case settled for more than $88,000.
