Attorney Eric Shade Settles Slip and Fall Case for $92,500

Our client was injured in a slip and fall incident when he slipped on a patch of snow-covered ice while attempting to pick up freight at a commercial property in February 2018. He sustained injuries to his left hand, right knee, right ankle and back as a result of the incident.   

At a court-ordered settlement conference, Attorney Eric Schade was able to reach a settlement of $92,500.00.
