$67,500 To Settle Case After Our Client Gave Her Deposition

Our client suffered a broken hand in a rear-end crash in Brown County. The insurance company argued that our client really injured her hand at home a couple of weeks after the accident. They offered less than $15,000 to settle the case.

Domol filed a lawsuit and obtained a report from our client’s doctor in which he stated that our client broke her hand in the car crash when the hand was jammed against the steering wheel. The insurance company agreed to pay $67,500 to settle the case after our client gave her deposition.
