The firm joined fellow honorees at the Brookfield Conference Center to celebrate organizations throughout the Milwaukee area that are committed to creating positive and engaging workplaces for their employees.
Presented by the Milwaukee Business Journal, the annual Best Places to Work program recognizes local companies that demonstrate strong workplace cultures and positive employee experiences. Honorees are selected based on confidential employee surveys administered by Quantum Workplace, with employees providing feedback on areas such as workplace culture, communication, leadership, engagement and their overall experience within the organization.
For Hupy and Abraham, being named among the Top 15 in its category reflects the firm’s continued commitment to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported and connected to the work they do.
Representing Hupy and Abraham at the awards luncheon were Attorney Jim Shilobrit, Attorney Tom Perlberg, Controller Justin Wood, Director of Legal Operations Ashley Molley and members of the firm’s marketing department. The event included an awards ceremony celebrating this year’s honorees, as well as a horse race that added a fun and interactive element to the afternoon.
