Hupy and Abraham Donates To Families In Need this Year

With the season of giving upon us, the law firm of Hupy and Abraham has contributed donations throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa. As the firm has grown, it has always wanted to give back to the communities that have made it successful.

This year, our attorneys throughout the firm made donations to various food pantries from November 15 through 28. The total amount of contributions made this year will amount to more than $10,000, and feed over 30,000 families across all three states.

In Milwaukee, Shareholder Chad A. Kreblin and Director of Marketing Jill Wellskopf handed out complete meals to over 120 families in Milwaukee, and then dropped off additional meals at a local food pantry, Food is Free MKE

Founded in July 2019, Free Foods Milwaukee is a community food-sharing site located in Sherman Park Milwaukee. With their slogan, "take what you need, give what you don't", the pantry seeks to empower the community by creating food security.

The firm also donated more than $5,000 to additional churches and pantries within the markets it serves. Organizations in Wisconsin included Christ the Rock Church in Appleton, Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin in Madison and the Neighbor's Place in Wausau. The firm also donated to The Rock River Valley Pantry in Rockford, Illinois and Cool Ministries in Waukegan, Illinois. Attorneys of the firm also presented a check to the Food Bank of Iowa.

As a leader in its communities, Hupy and Abraham is proud to support important causes in Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa. This year, more than ever, the firm is proud to donate what it can to help families struggling with food shortages due to the pandemic.
