Uninsured Driver Accident Leads To $2,500 Settlement

Our client was injured when a negligent, uninsured driver pulled out from a stop sign in front of her. Because she was paying attention, our client was able to apply the brakes and minimize the impact. Unfortunately, she still required medical evaluation. Her doctor diagnosed her with sprains of her left knee, thumb and shoulder.  Within a few days, she was feeling back to normal.
