Our client was riding his motorcycle when a driver pulled out in front of him while turning left. The driver struck him and the client suffered a fractured wrist and thumb which required him to go through two separate wrist surgeries.
The insurance company said they would only offer $115,000 so Attorney Todd Korb filed suit and settled the case at mediation for $200,000.
