Insurance Tried to Claim This Client's Injury Was Pre-Existing

One April day, our client was driving westbound on Burnham Street on Milwaukee’s south side. As he was driving through the intersection with South 31st Street, the defendant pulled from a stop sign striking the driver’s side of our client's vehicle.
