In September 2009, our client was riding as a passenger on the back of an ATV when the driver drove into a tree. As result, our client was severely injured and taken by ambulance to a hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin, before being med-flighted to UW Hospital in Madison.
Our client’s injuries included brain injury, multiple spine fractures, a broken clavicle, and facial lacerations.
As a result of the accident, our client was disabled. The ATV driver’s insurance company contacted our client, hoping to settle for the $300,000 policy limits.
Attorney Jason Abraham handled the case. He was able to receive three different policy payments, totaling $1,550,000—more than five times the opening offer!
