In May of 2012, a young Rockford man was a passenger in his dad's car as they traveled through Rockton Township on a Friday night. Unfortunately, another driver attempted to turn left in front of them, causing a collision and forcing them to veer into a ditch and strike a utility pole.

In the accident, the young man sustained a broken nose among other injuries. His doctor recommended an initial surgery to repair the internal structure of his nose and a future surgery to repair the external structure. The insurance company disputed the necessity of the second surgery, but our attorney eventually obtained a $65,000 settlement to cover both surgeries.
