On November 2, 2011, Hupy and Abraham’s client was driving on I-41 in Fond du Lac when another driver suddenly turned left in front of her. Our client suffered lower back injuries from forceful impact and needed an injection.
The insurance company argued that our client was at fault because the defendant driver had almost completed his left turn before the collision. The insurance company also argued that our client’s injuries predated the accident. Their low-ball $2,300 offer was promptly rejected.
After filing a lawsuit, Attorney Robert Domol established that the accident was the other driver's fault, forcing the insurance company to pay $19,000 at mediation.
