CLIENT WINS $50,000 PRIOR TO SUIT AFTER SLIP AND FALL

Our client was walking back into her apartment building after taking her garbage out when she encountered snow packed/icy pavement, which had not been cleared or salted.  She slipped walking across the slick surface, fell and sustained a broken right ankle, which required surgery to repair.   

Despite an initial denial by the liability insurance carrier, Attorney Eric Schade was able to resolve her claim with the insurance carriers for the apartment complex and the snow/ice removal contractor for $50,000 prior to suit.
