CLIENT RECEIVES $325,000 AFTER BEING T-BONED IN WORK PARKING LOT

Our client was involved in an accident on a driveway entrance at her employer that crossed through an area where semi-trucks travel to unload trailers at a loading dock.  As she was driving, a semi coming from the loading dock area T-boned her.  She had neck and back injuries, as well as developed PTSD and treated for several years, incurring about $231,000 in claimed medical expenses.   

The insurance company for the semi made no offer on the case before Attorney Todd Korb litigated. The insurance company was disputing they were liable and whether treatment was related to our client’s accident. Ultimately, Attorney Korb settled the case at mediation for $325,000.
