32k settlement

Our client was northbound on I -41 when she tried to exit onto Northland Avenue and was rear-ended. Our client continued across traffic and was struck by another vehicle. There was a car in front of our client that was also struck in the collision.

The driver in front of our client brought suit against our client asserting she started the chain reaction. The insurer of the driver that rear-ended our client denied our client’s claim because it argued that she rear-ended the car in front of her causing their insured to rear-end our client.

Attorney Shawn Brock filed an interpleader action and joined the lawsuit. After extensive discovery and mediation, the insurer of the vehicle that struck our client paid $32,170 to settle the case.
