In August 2019, our client, who was 15 years old at the time, was crossing at a crosswalk at a Milwaukee intersection when she was struck by a driver going 40 to 50 miles per hour. Our client was severely injured with a traumatic brain injury, fractures to both legs and the left pelvis, and a lip laceration.
