In Appleton, Wisconsin, our client was riding on his motorcycle when the vehicle in front of him suddenly slammed on its brakes, causing him to rear-end it. The vehicle had to stop abruptly due to another vehicle that was travelling the wrong way ahead of them.
The insurance company denied the claim, saying that he rear-ended the vehicle as the result of being inattentive and following too closely. He immediately contacted Attorney Todd Korb of Hupy and Abraham, S.C. in Milwaukee to handle his case and the insurance company.
When only a couple months away from the scheduled start of the jury trial, the insurance company agreed to pay all of our client’s property damage and medical bills as well as pain and suffering compensation, totaling $12,000.
