$50,200 For Family of Four Hurt By Red-Light Runner

A family of four, our clients, was just beginning a summer day together when another driver ran a red light striking the driver-side door of the vehicle in which the family was traveling. The collision caused our clients’ vehicle to overturn.

As a result of the accident, all four of our clients sustained physical injuries and mental/emotional injuries, which required treatment and ongoing counseling. 

After Attorney Eric Schade filed a lawsuit on our clients’ behalf, the insurance company offered $50,200 to settle all of their respective claims, which represented fair offers for said claims.
