$35,000 to Client Hit at Crosswalk After Insurance Denies Claim

Our client was a pedestrian who was hit by a car while crossing the street.  

The insurance company denied the claim because our client did not push the walk signal when he started crossing the street. The denial was foolish because our client was in the crosswalk and had the right of way, so the turning left should have yielded to our client. 

Attorney Shawn Brock filed a lawsuit and the case settled for $35,000.
