Our client was riding in a marked bicycle lane heading south on Milwaukee’s N. Vel Phillips Avenue when a driver, also traveling south, attempted to park on the west side of the street and struck him. The impact caused a displaced fracture of the right clavicle. The incident was clearly captured on surveillance video, confirming the driver’s negligence.
