A retailer worker was injured at work while a third party was stacking their company’s product to be sold at the store. The third party was rushing to get done causing the products to fall injuring the worker. The worker called Hupy and Abraham to inquire whether she had a valid claim against the company of the employee for the third party who injured her.
Hupy and Abraham informed her she had a good case and agreed to represent her. The company responsible tried to blame the worker for her own injuries. Attorney Brandon Derry filed a lawsuit and proved the third party was negligent forcing the company to settle for $30,000, which the injured worker deserved.
