$575,000 Settlement For Client Hit By Uninsured Drunk Driver

Our client was driving through Manitowoc when a drunk driver attempted a left turn and struck the front of our client’s vehicle. The drunk driver fled the scene and was later arrested. Our client suffered serious injuries in the crash and required back surgery.  

The drunk driver did not have auto insurance. Attorney Robert Domol filed a lawsuit for uninsured motorist benefits against our client’s insurance company and obtained a $575,000 settlement at mediation.
