During a snowstorm, a vehicle ahead of our client lost control and caused a pileup. A vehicle next to our client braked and swerved into our client.
Attorney Todd Korb was able to get the policy limit from the car that hit our client. Attorney Korb also made an additional claim against the vehicle that initially lost control and started the whole accident. The insurance company denied that claim saying their insured never touched our client. After litigating the case, Attorney Korb settled the additional claim for an additional $60,000, bringing a total of $160,000 for our client.
