$100,000 Settlement For A Client Whose Claim Was Denied By The Insurance Company.

Our client suffered serious injuries, including a broken leg, when he was hit by a car while walking on the side of a road in Outagamie County at night.  

The insurance company denied the claim and pointed out that our client was walking in the wrong direction with respect to motor vehicle traffic and wearing dark clothing at night. They also argued that our client crossed the fog line and stepped into the traffic lane just before he was hit. Attorney Robert Domol filed a lawsuit and prepared the case for trial. The insurance company agreed to pay $100,000 to settle the case before trial.
