  • "We are very fortunate to have donors who generously support our mission of helping individuals who have experienced a brain injury"

Dear Hupy and Abraham, Thank you so much for your participation in our Celebrate Life event! Your support truly helped to make it a successful evening. Over $60,000 will go directly into the On With Life programs for persons living with brain injury as a result of this event! With the funds raised we will be able to create and expand the therapeutic grounds for our Post Acute Rehab program in Ankeny and significantly enhance the ‘Owl’s Nest’ garden for our Long Term Care program in Glenwood. Our contributors make these projects possible; we couldn’t do it without you! We are very fortunate to have donors who generously support our mission of helping individuals who have experienced a brain injury get “On With Life”. Thanks so much for being part of our family. You are making a difference! Sincerely, Julie Fidler Dixon & Sarah Wilson

Dear Hupy and Abraham, Thank you to the entire team for sponsoring our Madison and Fox Cities Walk for Wishes event! By the end of our fiscal year, August 31, Make-A-Wish Wisconsin will grant more than 375 wishes – more than a wish a day – to Wisconsin kids who are living with a life-threatening medical condition. • Thank you for your participation in this year’s National Night Out.

Dear Hupy and Abraham, On behalf of the Milwaukee Police Department, our Community Partners, and the citizens of Milwaukee, we would like to thank you for your participation in this year’s National Night Out. The phenomenal success of National Night Out is a direct reflection of the ever-increasing dedication and enthusiasm your company displayed. The Milwaukee Police Department recognizes the important relationships that are needed to sustain and build safe neighborhoods that sustain civic life in Milwaukee. Your participation in National Night Out was key in maintaining those relationships and the overall success of the event. The Milwaukee Police Department looks forward to your continual partnership and thanks you for your commitment to the community. We are excited to look ahead to next year’s National Night Out. Sincerely, Captain of Police District Three

  • Thank You for helping make wishes come true.

Dear Hupy and Abraham, Thank you for your contributions to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin. We deeply appreciate your support of our our Walk for Wishes event with an in-kind donation of the bags, coloring books and tattoos.  With the support of donors like you, last year, we granted 351 wishes in Wisconsin, and this year we are planning to grant 365 – a wish a day! It takes an entire community to help make a wish come true for a child with a life-threatening medical condition, and we are grateful to have you as part of this important work. “Each moment Andre spent dreaming was a moment he got to focus on something wonderful and amazing…and not his cancer!” Andre’s mom went on to say, “Words hardly feel sufficient to convey my appreciation for everything Make-A-Wish Wisconsin has done – not just for my son, but for every single child that has received a wish throughout the years.” Currently, more than 330 children like Andre are in the process of receiving wishes throughout Wisconsin, and thanks to generous donors, more children like these will experience the power of a wish. Jaden wishes to go to the Pro Bowl and Liam wishes to meet the Philadelphia Fliers Hockey Team. Logan wishes to go fishing in Alaska while McKenzie wishes to go to Hawaii and Mason, Maya, Eulos and many other wish to go to Walt Disney World Resort. A wish improves a child’s state of mind replacing fear with happiness and helping him or her feel like a normal kid again. On behalf of wish families, our Board of Directors and Staff of Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin, we thank YOU for your heartfelt commitment to the Make-A-Wish mission. Thank You for helping make wishes come true. Warmest wishes, Amy Neumeyer Regional Manager

  • I Know That You Care and You Want to Make a Difference

Michael Hupy, At Wisconsin All Stars Baseball, we had a player from Wauwatosa East High School play on our team. His name was Khalil. Khalil comes from a single parent family home. Khalil does not even know his dad. He is in jail. I  never asked why he is. Khalil is an outstanding student athlete with a very good GPA and ACT test score, plus he is a real good baseball player. When he tried out for our team he looked good and I made him an offer to play on the All-Stars. Because Khalil comes from a broken home he could not afford our registration fee to play on the team. I said to him that I could help him out. We have never turned away a player because of a family circumstance that they could not afford to play on the team. Some way we always worked it out. I wrote letters on his behalf and you supported him with a donation, Mike.  I was very grateful for your support and so was Khalil. We are very fortunate to have sponsors that care about kids in our community. People like you, Mike, that want to make a difference in kids lives. I want you to know that Khalil sent me an e-mail. He is going to Edgewood College in Madison WI in the fall to study premed and to play baseball. Khalil wants to become a doctor. Edgewood College is a NCAA Div III program. I thought you might want to know that. Thanks for all you do in the community. I know that you care and you want to make a difference. You have done so in Khalil's life. God Bless.
