REAR-ENDED ACCIDENT BRINGS OVER $99,000 SETTLEMENT TO CLIENT

Our client was rear-ended by a distracted, uninsured driver who pushed her car off the road and into a tree.  The at-fault driver then fled the scene, leaving our client with numerous injuries, including fractures in her lumbar spine, a knee injury and aggravations of pre-existing medical issues.  A course of care over the next year and a half included physical therapy, chiropractic care and injections in her knee, which helped her return to pre-accident status.   

Attorney Doug Ross presented an uninsured motorist claim to the client’s insurer, seeking compensation for her injuries. The end result was a settlement over $99,000 and a very satisfied client.
