PASSENGER GETS $250,000 AFTER UTV ACCIDENT

Our client was a passenger in a UTV.  The driver lost control, caused an accident and our client was thrown from the UTV. She suffered serious head injuries including a skull fracture. 

Attorney Todd Korb obtained the policy limits of both the at-fault driver and underinsured motorist policy limits for a total recovery of $250,000.
