Our client was riding his motorcycle on Highway 63 in Spooner, Wisconsin when a motorist carelessly pulled out from a stop sign, causing a collision. Our client was thrown from his motorcycle and sustained numerous injuries, including a torn rotator cuff which required surgery.
The insurance company claimed our client was partly at fault, disputed the injuries caused by the accident and made a low-ball $40,000 offer. Attorney Douglas Ross filed suit, and shortly after depositions the insurance company tendered the full $100,000 policy limits.
