
A motorist was driving on a rural highway in Dane County when another motorist at a T-intersection turned left in front of the motorist with the right of way causing a collision. The negligent driver admitted that another vehicle was turning right blocking his view of incoming traffic. Rather than wait for the right turning vehicle to complete its turn, the impatient driver turned left despite the obstructed view and never saw the other vehicle. The left turning vehicle was cited for failing to yield the right of way. The other driver sustained a leg and foot injury that was later determined to be a fracture.
The injured motorist hired Hupy and Abraham, and attorney Brandon Derry worked on negotiating a fair settlement.
