Our client was driving to work in Green Bay when he was rear-ended by a driver who was not paying attention. Our client suffered serious injuries and required arthroscopic surgeries to his knee and shoulder.
The insurance company argued that our client had problems with those areas before the crash and made a “top” offer of $105,000 to settle the case. Attorney Robert Domol rejected that offer and filed a lawsuit. At mediation, just a few months before trial, the insurance company agreed to pay $250,000 to settle our client’s case, more than double the previous “top” offer.
