A family was struck by a reckless pickup truck during an evening drive. The family members had injuries including neck pain, back pain and head pain along with nightmares and anxiety.
Attorney Hannah Dockendorff presented claims to the pickup truck’s insurer seeking compensation for our clients’ injuries. The result was a settlement of over $53,000 and a very thankful family.
