Attorney Chad A. Kreblin was recently able to recover $225,000 for a client who tripped and fell outside of an area business and injured her arm. The fall occurred in the business’ parking lot when the client stepped on a parking bumper that was not properly secured to the ground. The parking bumper, which had corroded on the bottom slipped under the client’s foot and caused the fall.
After the insurance company denied the claim, Attorney Kreblin filed suit and through depositions and expert testimony was able to secure a $225,000 settlement for our client.
