Attorney Shawn Brock secured a $15,500 settlement for a client who was injured when a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction turned left directly in front of them, leaving no time to avoid the crash. The client sustained neck and back injuries and initially sought care with a primary care physician before being referred for chiropractic treatment. Due to a delay in getting into chiropractic care, the insurance company argued the treatment was unreasonable and extended a low settlement offer. After Attorney Brock filed suit, the case resolved shortly thereafter for $15,500.
