At a day care, a caretaker negligently closed a door on a three-year-old girl's finger. The door locked in place and it took almost five minutes to free the girl's finger. Doctors were able to successfully reattach the nearly severed finger. Our client returned to the daycare for help with her daughter's medical bills. The day care refused to accept any responsibility for the incident.
