"On behalf of the Por La Gente Association, we would like to sincerely thank you for the generous donation towards our annual scholarship program for the year of 2025. Your contribution is a true testament of how the Racine community believes in higher education of our Hispanic youth. As you are aware, in 1985, Por La Gente established an annual scholarship program for the Racine Latino area high school students. Por La Gente is very proud to recognize that our annual scholarship program has helped contribute to higher education. Our contribution amounts started out at $500 and present day, we award three $3,000 scholarships."
