When an Illinois man and his daughter were injured in a motorcycle accident the only things on their minds were surviving and healing.  Now, a large settlement will help pay for ongoing medical care and lost wages.

A $6 million settlement, believed to be the largest personal injury award in Will County, will help the family recover from their serious accident.

The father and daughter were traveling near Joliet, Il when a Chevy pickup truck hit them while it was turning left at a stop sign.  Both were injured and Richard Wright, the father, sustained multiple injuries including a fractured wrist and ankle.  Daughter Kelly Wright suffered a fractured tibia and ankle.  Surgery will be required to correct the damage.

At Hupy & Abraham our hearts go out to the Wright family.  Our staff and attorneys hope that both father and daughter recover quickly and fully from their injuries.
