In April 2011, our client was traveling eastbound on West Lloyd Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin through a controlled intersection. Suddenly, a southbound vehicle disregarded the red light and struck our client, causing her to collide with another vehicle.

The client initially hired a different attorney. Before she even finished her medical treatment, her lawyer told her $45,000 was the best offer she would ever get. The client disagreed and wanted to file a lawsuit. Her attorney refused.

The client then hired Hupy and Abraham. Attorney James Shilobrit filed a lawsuit and obtained a pre-trial settlement of $100,000. After negotiations, the client took home more money than her previous attorney's "best possible offer" of $45,000.
